Progress Report
I have been working out twice a week for the last two months and I have observed that my thighs, legs and arms have been toning. This is a very good sign. I will continue working on them but I will now focus on getting rid of my muffin top and toning up my butt.
GOALS:
- Increase gym/workout sessions to 3-4 times a week, 2 hours each
- Focus on middle part of body: stomach and butt
- Still workout arms and legs
FUTURE GOALS
- Develop back muscles
- Strengthen back muscles
- Boxing
- Swimming
- Run a marathon
